Steel workshop for shoe production in Ethiopia

Steel workshop is more and more used in Ethiopia,   Ethiopa is famous for its livestock resources in Africa, There is a huge space for development of livestock .  Sheepskin and goatskin occupies the majority of Ethiopian leather production. The superior quality of sheep skin is well known in the international leather market.

Mr Mack come from Ethiopa, He would like to build a 750SQM steel workshop for shoe production. He already got the land from local goverment.  He got information from our company from our official website. Because the steel workshop is not his major. he only give us rought idea such as size, usage, location etc.  We gave him recommendation for steel workshop based on our professional experience.

1, Requirments
One floor, The size about 15*50*7,  concrete wall and sandwich panel wall. usage as the workshop for shoe production. The life time is about 20 years. Including fence and big gate.
2,Solution
2.1 The width only 15 meters, in cosideration of local wind and weather,  H350*175 as the steel column , PVC window used to reduce the cost.
2.2 There are rainy season in the local,  the EPS sandwich panel are choosed as wall panel, this kind of panel is anti-warter and anti-heating
2.3 The automatic door size is sutable for truck enter in and out
2.4 The fence system use the steel tube as main frame. other accessory's color is bule, it is same to customer's color.
2.5 The 1.2M concrete wall built in the local . The inside plan is based on the machine size.
